The Building Engineering Forum 2021 is organized by the Union of Civil Engineers in Bulgaria and the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment design, region Sofia and will be held under the auspices of Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria.

The European Council of Civil Engineers (ECCE) and the European Council of Engineers Chambers (ECEC) are partners of the Conference. 

So far, we continue to organize the event both in-person and as a virtual conference. In both cases, we will streamline the Conference trough an On-line Platform. It will be possible for some of the Lecturers to be present in Sofia, and for some to speak trough the On-line Platform. Because of the complicated COVID situation now, the final form of the event will be announced on 1^st October.

The Conference will be streamlined live to the foreign participants in English language.

The participation in the Conference is completely free for all participants.
