The European Council of Civil Engineers (ECCE) is delighted to invite representatives of its Member Organisations to the 83^rd ECCE General Meeting, taking place from 8 to 10 October 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, and kindly hosted by the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers (PIIB).

Building on the important achievements of the 82^nd ECCE General Meeting that was held in Braga, Portugal—including the adoption of the ECCE Articles of Association, the ECCE Code of Conduct, the AIDE Position Paper, and the continued advancement of ECCE's strategic priorities—the Warsaw meeting will provide an important forum for delegates from across Europe to continue shaping the future of the civil engineering profession.

The meeting will bring together representatives of ECCE member organisations to strengthen cooperation, exchange experiences, discuss current challenges facing the profession, and advance initiatives that reinforce the voice of civil engineers at the European level.

During registration, participants should indicate the meetings, meals and social activities they will attend. This information is essential for the catering and organisational arrangements.

Please note that each delegate must complete an individual registration form. Accompanying persons should be registered by the delegate whom they accompany.

Venue

The venue where all meetings sessions will take place as well as where accommodation has been arranged is the Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, Żwirki i Wigury 1, 00-906 Warsaw, Poland

The Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport is located immediately next to Warsaw Chopin Airport, allowing participants to reach the hotel on foot within a few minutes of leaving the terminal.

Book your accommodation early

A limited number of rooms has been reserved for ECCE participants at the Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, where all meeting sessions will take place.

A preferential ECCE group rate has been arranged, and it is available for stays between 7 and 11 October 2026. As the room allocation is limited, participants are strongly encouraged to make their reservation as soon as possible and no later than 16 September 2026, in order to secure availability at the negotiated rate.
