General

Panagiotis – Paris Charlaftis was born in Athens in 1983 and he is married with a little daughter. Graduated from the public school of New Psychiko, he continued his bachelor and master degree in Civil Engineering in the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH). Finally, he got his Master in Business Administration from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

He is a member of the Association of Civil Engineers of Greece (ACEG) and Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) and registered as Energy Inspector.

He is an active Civil Engineer since 2011 and founded his based in Athens consultancy and contractor firm in 2016. He is mostly experienced in the supervision of private works and in the retrofitting of existing structures. He has been involved in the designing and planning of various private projects. Furthermore, he participated in lots of European funded projects for reducing the housing Energy Consumption. Finally, he is providing services for project management, due diligence reports and technical advisory in general collaborating with great organizations or companies such as the Municipality of Athens, Municipality of Elefsina and Hellinikon S.A. (Lamda Development).
