• Master of Civil Engineering, a chartered civil engineer fluent in English and with excellent computer skills;
• More than thirty years of working experience as a structural engineer.
• More than fifteen years of experience in supervision of work as a Chief Supervising Engineer and/or Supervising Engineer.
• Working experience in supervision of works under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (FIDIC Red Book);
• Working experience as a Project Design Manager - IPMA certificate
